For Signature and handwriting:

  • What Type of Documents I should submit for the signature and Handwriting Examination?
    ANS: Sir/Ma’am Kindly Submit original documents if you have no original documents, you can submit certified true copy.
  • Can the examination be done for 10+ years gap between the questioned and Known signatures?
    ANS: Yes, we can examine but it will be good if you will submit contemporary period signatures.
  • Which type of Document comes under contemporary Period?
    ANS: The document having the date either before or after 2years from the Date of the Questioned/Disputed document.
  • I have no contemporary Period Document, what should I do?
    ANS: You can submit whatever document you have closes to the questioned/Disputed document.
    OR
    If the questioned document is closest to the Present year, you can give specimen Samples also (If The person is available).
  • What do you mean by Specimen Sample?
    ANS: Sir you can come with the concerned person (Whose signature /Handwriting is in?) and will give the sample in front of the Expert.
